License and Terms of Use
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These terms apply to Membership Manager, a Windows program made by Azad Media, Toronto, Ontario. By installing or using the program you agree to them.
Free trial
The free trial includes every feature and has no time limit. It is limited to 10 members. When you enter a license key, the limit is removed and the records you entered during the trial are kept.
License
- A license is a one-time purchase. There are no monthly or yearly fees.
- Each license can be active on one computer at a time. To move it, use "Remove license from this computer" in Settings and activate the same key on the new computer.
- The license lets your organization use the program. It does not transfer ownership of the program. You may not resell, share or copy license keys, or modify or reverse engineer the program.
Updates
All future updates are free for license holders. The program shows when a new version is available on the update page.
Setup, training and support
Customers in Ontario receive 2 hours of setup and training with their license, in person or online as needed. Further help is available at an hourly rate. Customers outside Ontario receive online training and support. Contact info@membershipmanager.ca.
Your data and backups
Your records are stored on your own computer. You are responsible for keeping regular backups. The program includes manual and automatic backups to help you do this.
Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller, which issues your receipt. Please try the free trial before buying. If you have a problem with your purchase, write to info@membershipmanager.ca with your order number and we will review your request.
No warranty
The program is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable and fix reported problems, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Azad Media is not liable for loss of data or indirect damages arising from the use of the program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
