Membership Manager is made by Azad Media in Toronto, Ontario. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website, download the free trial, buy a license or use the program.

Your member data stays on your computer

Membership Manager stores member records, dues, payments, notes and photos in a database on your own computer. Azad Media does not and cannot receive, upload or access this data. You decide where it is kept and when it is backed up.

This website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not ask you for personal information. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Trial downloads and purchases

To download the free trial, you enter your email address at Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller.

When you buy a license, Lemon Squeezy also asks for your name and billing details to process the payment, then emails you your receipt. Remember to pass your receipt to your accountant for your expense records.

Lemon Squeezy handles this information under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can send your license key and support you.

License activation and update checks

When you activate a license key, the program contacts the licensing service to confirm the key for your computer. The program can also check this website for a newer version. These checks do not send your member data.

Help with problems, backups and restores

If you have a problem with the program, or need help with a backup or restoring your data, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can help remotely, using a method you choose or one we suggest. Remote help only happens when you ask for it and with your permission.

Emails

If you write to us, we use your message and email address only to answer you. We never sell or share your information.

Your rights and contact

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@membershipmanager.ca.
